2018 Workshops and Swimming Lessons
Can your child swim? Can you swim?
One of the things that we're committed to as a pool company is to make sure that all of our customers know where and how to get economical and convenient swimming lessons for everyone in their family. Most of the time, pool ownership goes swimmingly well.
However, there is still apparently a danger to American children, as 3500 die each year as the result of drowning. Many of these are caused by lack of or inadequate supervision because they overestimate their child's swimming skills and in shallow water, often when they've wandered into a place, they shouldn't be.
We know that 24/7 diligence is next to impossible, so the obvious solution is that every child in America, no matter how young, needs to have swimming lessons or at least elementary water instructions which can be built on at a later time. Even teaching the smallest child how to put their face in the water has proven to be of positive value.
Not surprisingly, even excellent parents can lack the skills necessary to teach swimming. But, municipalities, charities, and others, through community pools across the Valley provide trained professionals who offer top-notch swimming lessons and water safety classes. These classes are an incredibly economical way to introduce children everything from survival following a fall into the water to the mechanics of freestyle and backstroke.
Without further ado, we present to you the 2018 swimming and water safety list. We hope you will use it, share the information with friends and colleagues, to the end that we get all of these kids swimming!
